No voice remote

This TV would be okay except there is no voice option on the remote. My bad for not realizing that before ordering. There are also audio issues with the volume. I shoud have spent more and got more. Our previous Samsung TV worked for years without issue.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience.
The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.

Frustrated!

I have two other Samsung smart tv's and was completely satisified.We decide to by a third larger one for our living room. After only several months We developed one dark thin vertical line in the center right hand side of the screen. Have checked all connections, cords, ect and no resolve.Very frustrating for a newer purchase and in our main viewing area. Hoping they reach out to us.

Already messed up

Great value TV with a couple of minor drawbacks

The TV has a great picture and was easy to set up and install. My only negatives about it are - no optical audio output jack. I had to exchange the sound bar I was sold with the TV for one with a HDMI input. - the remote is a bit sparse on direct button features/ controls. I can find all needed settings and controls but it takes a bit of navigating thru various menus to find.
The Samsung TV features and apps are fairly robust and adding additional ones available is plentiful. I’m enjoying the TV and it is a great value for the price paid!
I would recommend this to a friend!
