Most days this TV is just annoying

This is the most annoying TV I have ever had. I bought it for one purpose. Bedroom TV for one hour a night. I stream prime video for that one hour and every day I have to cut power or it will not load the app. Just turning it off dont do the trick, power must be cut and restored and then it is ok but only for that night. Picture is fine and the off timer works fine. It has a lot of functions I dont need or care about so I dont know if they are ok or not.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Great picture

I purchased TV last month and love it ! Was easy to hook up and the only problem I have is with the remote! I hate it … the volume and Channel change is a toggle that is not easy to use . My other Samsung controller has number you can push for your station and not have to surf with your guide, it is a bit larger but I love the convenience of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
