Great picture

I bought my TV about three weeks ago. The picture is beautiful. The colors are so vibrant. There are two things I think need to be improved. I think it needs a sturdier base. I'm afraid the TV will fall over with the slightest bump against the TV stand it sits on. I do not like the remote control at all! I wish there were numbers on to get the station you want instead of the button you scroll through the channels with. I wish I could get closed captions on the bottom of the screen that wouldn't affect the size of the picture on the screen. Maybe I just don't know how to do that. With the closed captions on, it looks like the picture is two thirds the size it's supposed to be, plus it's a bit distorted. I guess that's three things that bother me about the TV. (I really don't like that remote control.)

Color is off

I have to say the color on the Samsung is terribly off. It is not vivid and everyone appears yellow, green, orange or red. I have tried to adjust all the settings, have also gone back to factory settings and it’s not working. I sadly threw away the box so can’t return but massively disappointed. I work with imaging so it’s very noticeable to me and I wish I wasn’t stuck with this TV.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your DU7200 TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.

If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this may require service. For help with setting up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Poor performance overall

We replaced our slow Vizio with this and our Vizio still exceeds this TVs performance. It constantly needs to be restarted and the main screen is sloppy and sometimes hard to navigate. We would not recommend this product.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Overall pleased with the tv but the only thing I don’t like is the setting for making the picture brighter is very limited and the picture most of the time is too dark! Also the voice could be better! That’s why the four star instead of five
