Upsetting experience.

Upsetting experience. This was my second tv because the ROKU tv had terrible picture quality. This one wasn’t much better because I was having to change the picture quality/clarity with each different show I was watching. Ordered tv number 3 and upgraded to a little bit better picture quality and hoping for no more issues. Remote sucks too!!
I had a Samsung before with no picture quality issues. I feel they are making TVs crappy now so you’ll spend more.
I only gave 2 stars because assembly was at least easy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the DU7200 TV's picture quality. In addition to the several picture modes on your TV, you may also want to try adjusting additional picture settings if your picture is not to your liking.
You can go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.
You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.

Crystal Clear Picture!

My Samsung 55" Class Crystal UHD (DU 7200) TV was delivered to me on February 1st. This TV has great color's and crystal clear clairity. The motion sensing in the picture makes you feel like the movie or show that you're watching is actually live.The price of this TV is very affordable and the picture quality rivals TV's that are hundred's of dollar's more in price. Best TV that I ever purchased!

I bought my Samsung 65 inch UHD TV because it is highly rated Set up and registration was a little problematic but worked out after about an hour It worked fine after set up all day Later that night after about 12 hours of operation the TV large vertical line down the screen which was there the next day also Boxed it up and returned it for a refund We did some research shopped around ended up buying a Samsung QLED 65 inch with a 5 year warranty included in the price Set up was easy and it’s been great for the last couple of weeks After reading comments about reviews I find it alarming how many issues there are with the new TVs I am originally replacing a 65 inch Vizio that won’t turn on Did all the on line fixes to no avail It’s only 1-1/2 years old not worth fixing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased about 3 weeks ago,to replace a bedroom TV. Picture is great,side viewing,excellent!! "Smart Things" app you advise to use,is a total waste of time!! Great TV otherwise!!

PriceSmart sold me the open box display model off the floor, apparently at full price (no telling how many hours of operation in the store). The remote is weak, I have to hold it just right to make it work. I had no luck installing a VPN. PriceSmart also sold me a mounting bracket with screws that are too short to attach the TV. Overall it was a frustrating and regrettable purchase.

If your remote is not working properly, first, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.
Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.
If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.
Regarding the mounting brackets, I recommend reaching out to PriceSmart to assist you with an exchange.
