Nice bright colors and clear, user friendly

I bought this a month ago, wit hesitation since I had a Samsung refrigerator and 55" TV that failed me, and I swore I wouldn't purchase another Samsung product! But the deal on this 65" TV was hard to beat, and I've been pleasantly surprised with this TV so far. the picture is excellent, the sound is great software was very easy to setup the TV out of the box, like I said in this price category.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I felt I had to buy a 5-year warranty from my past issues with Samsung

Fabulous TV

This is an amazing TV. I went from a 12 year old, 42" TV, to this 55" smart TV. The picture and sound are great and I love the things you can do with a smart TV. It was also a breeze to set up and get all my streaming services were easily available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Prefer Vizio. Remote doesn’t have Microphone icon. Doesn’t put all Apps in App section, have to go to search to use the Paramount app. Incidentally I just bought new Samsung kitchen appliances and very disappointed with the frig still trying to get fixed!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for any confusion regarding voice assistants. You are correct, the DU7200 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.
To add apps to your home screen, you can also select Search on the left side of the screen to search for a specific app if you can’t find the app you want. Enter the name of the app you’d like to search for, then long hold the enter button until "add to home screen" appears.

I purchased this tv a month ago and it was perfect for the spot that I wanted to replace a larger and older tv. Great quality for the price. 75' tv's don't fit in all places throughout a home.
