Too dark

Extremely dark screen for viewing purposes during watching
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the brightness of your DU7200 TV’s picture. Please know that we are here to help you.
First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.
For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.
Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

Can't go wrong

I purchased this TV approximately 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. The picture and sound options are truly amazing. In all fairness, I paired a Samsung B-Series soundbar as I was going a home theater route
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great buy for the money

I bought this last month, it’s a great TV, very clear and performs well. The only issue I found is that it doesn’t have an optical eye port, so I had to use the HDMI arc input for my sound bar.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Remote is hard to use.

I'm happy with the T.V.. It works fine and has a good picture and features but the remote is not the best. I am looking for a remote that will operate this T.V. that has a keypad on it. The one provided is hard to use when trying to find a channel.

I bought this tv to cut the cord works real good with streaming and an antenna only problem is the remote no numbers on the remote too change channels just a up or down button. have to scroll thru all channels to find what you want very annoying.

Horrible TV - DO NOT BUY

NO audio outputs besides blue tooth. NO OPTICAL, NO AUX, and of course NO RCA. So, our speaker system is totally useless with this new TV

The DU72000F TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.
