Sound and picture is very good

I bought this TV couple months ago around Christmas time like the TV but I do not like the remote. It is not easy to understand. It is a lot of trouble to get to your channels and I wish you would replace it with something that’s better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and picture for the price

I purchased this in early December while it was on sale. It replaces an older Samsung Smart TV that was about 8 years old. It was easy to set it up. There is a slightly different format to navigate around the apps but it didn't take long to get use to it.

I find this TV has problems staying connected to a busy network. I am going to try and return it except I threw out the bo; I am going to try, even my ten year old television stayed connected, I am truly disappointed with my purchase and I can’t use my firestick

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Love It, But.....

I absolutely love the TV.... it's got everything I could ever want. However, I'm running into difficulties with an app that needs my location. No one told me that the unit had a private IP address.
