nice picture, great size, remote and factory programming hard to get used to, but just takes time. samsung tv channels excellent. would like to know the difference between the B model and the D model . Both are the same price but sales folks say they are different. So let me know please Thanks

The tv is good. Your system to set it up initially sucks. Very complicated for old folks. Trying to change passwords is almost impossible.

Remote not voice activated
