I don’t know what I don’t know

Confused about everything no kind of instructions in box, plus not even a web site is listed anywhere inside or on the outside of the box in order to know your on the right site to find out how to setup the tv properly. Not everyone knows how the new tv world works I haven’t had a tv in over 10 years. I still haven’t gotten it completely setup I don’t know what’s free or not etc. I’m very frustrated. I do know the sound while playing any stations is set very low compared to its internal instruction’s volume.

Bluetooth hearing aids adaptability

I have had difficulty integrating sound between my Bluetooth hearing aids and the TV. With the previous tv I could plug in a transmitter into a usb. I’m still struggling but continue to work on it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a samsung tv for eight years before it developed a wiring problem....The second one lasted almost a year before the "picture" no longer appeared. Cable serviceman said it was "burned out". My current Samsung is close to a year old and so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard to operate

I bought this about a month ago. When turn it on you get screen full of junk instead of the show you want to watch. Today when I turned it on it wanted me to setup an account and would not let me watch the program I turned it on for. It took me a good 15 minutes to start watching the show and I had trouble getting the sound to work. It’s all very discusting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
