Way too much stuff that is not used!

We bought a 75" Samsung to replace our 65" last Friday. Now we cannot hook up our Polk Sound Bar like we used on the 65" TV! There is no pin audio connection port on the new TV, it has to be Blue Toothed and only works on a clear day. (It sucks)!! You cannot connect a HDMI for audio on this Polk unit!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV! Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic!

Poor remote

Nice television set. Excellent picture. But the remote is terrible!!. Home button is far too close to the down button. Plus on top of that it should be rechargeable they should all be rechargeable!!

Issues with remote

Got the 85" about three week ago, I'm happy with the picture, and sound but have big issues with the remote it only works 50 percent of the time. Not sure if it is remote or some wrong with the IR ON the tv

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you are experiencing with your remote. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.
Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.
If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.

I saw some reviews before i purchased it and it was on sale, it was a steal to get it at the time, so glad that i did. Pleasantly impressed by the deep rich colors, vibrantly makes every picture a gen to look at
