Best tv ever, I love watching movies and specially live sports omg and the vivid colors are amazing, watching videos of nature and animal kingdom, best purchase ever.

Great TV but Remote is poorly performed.

Bought during the Thanksgiving time and it has been a great addition to my home. However I feel the remote lacks in performance. I tried to change with a set of new batteries and it doesn't work seamlessly at times. It lags a lot with the performance. I have to press multiple times to perform any action. The remote also lacks a basic feature of giving oral commands which i feel should be there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The tv works great. No issues and connects wireless to the wi-fi. Pictures and sound are good. Easy to navigate settings.

Lousy Remote

I bought a 55inch Samsung TV for Christmas. The picture and sound are great. This has to be the worst remote that we have ever owned. It is very difficult to navigate for live tv, our recorded shows and fast forward. I am also having problems with buffering that I didn’t have with my 8 year old tv. Up my Internet speed plan and bought a WiFi extender and while better, I still get buffering on some shows. Would not buy again.

Not my 55 inch Curved TV

I say its okay for a flat screen cause i had a UN55HU7200 55 curved tv then lightning took it out. when looking for a replacement tv couldn't find a curved tv. I loved my curved TV and this one doesn't compare but its a SAMSUNG and its reliable.

Ok tv like most

The tv picture quality is fine it is like most TVs now. My complaint is the remote it is the worst. When you go to mute you use the same button that is use for volume high and low, so much of the time your messing with that button because it didn't mute instead it turned up or down the volume. That is very difficult to deal with.

We appreciate your review of the DU7200 TV. Please know that you can control the volume of your TV by pressing the +/- button up to increase the volume and down to decrease the volume. To mute the sound, press the button.
You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.
