Terrible products.

It worked fine for about a year, and then the software or hardware started failing. I updated the firmware but it still took forever to switch apps. I also have owned two Samsung refrigerators with ice makers and they are terrible. Every one I know said their ice makers failed. I will never purchase Samsung devices again.

For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Meets my expectations at an incredible price

I use this tv on my back porch (not enclosed, but covered) to watch sporting events all year round. Now I live in Pensacola area, so winters are not that cold and I didn’t bring it inside for the latest freeze we had in Jan 25. When I need a new one, I just buy the most affordable and biggest screen.

Easy, out of the box installation...easy feet attachment, basically a no brainer. The problem I have is 'viewing' setup. Too awkward and time-consuming to wade through all the minutusia and details. And the remote controll could use a better deciferable sheet of explanation. And asking me to provide personal info is insulting.

Good for additional TV

Recently purchased, size is just right. Picture quality is less than expected. We prefer more sharpness. We were surprised there is no USB, we had to purchase an adapter for additional cost, not happy about that. The remote is not easy to use either and no microphone button for searching/speaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the picture you are seeing is not to your satisfaction, please try adjusting the Settings below.
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.

I now have 2 - 65” Samsung smart tv’s. Best tv investments I ever made! Sharp picture, no problems what so ever. Also have a 40” Samsung tv in the bedroom. Fantastic piece of equipment
