Great TV. Many great features. Saw my first Super Bowl where the players didn't look like ants. My only issue is that I don't know how to use it effectively. It would be great if Samsung could provide some simple videos to help non-tech people like myself.

UNUSABLE REMOTE

The TV is great, but the remote is really unusable. It is difficult to navigate and so very not user friendly. I returned this tv because of the remote.

Amazing tv except with a cheaply made remote!

I bought this a couple days before Christmas even though my old tv was still working (it was 5 years old). I’m really happy that I bought it and love the fact that I can get local channels with an antenna. Not to mention being able to go on the internet and other apps from the tv is really a cool feature. My only complaint is the remote. A really nice tv but comes with such a cheap remote.

We, so far, are not a fan of this tv. The picture quality has not been that good. But the worst part is the remote that came with it. Terrible! Not user friendly at all!!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your DU7200 TV. I have a few recommendations that may improve your visual experience:
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

One defect

My tv has one defect that I can’t get rid of and is very upsetting. A sticker was put on right in the middle of the screen with a strong adhesive. No matter what I do the blemish is visible to me

Thank you for your feedback. It's possible there is a protective film on your TV. If there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film.
If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything. You will damage what is actually the screen.
