I received this Samsung TV as a gift. This has really made all the movies and shows pop with great color and contrast. The remote is very easy to use and the apps easy to add!! You never will need cable service again. Great quality!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have now had my tv long enough to have an opinion and it is good. Super easy to set up, great picture and sound, lots of great apps installed and lots more to chose and install. Idiot proof menu. Remote leaves a lot to be desired, not very responsive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I apologize for the inconvenience you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.

You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.

Wanting a better solution than buy a new one

I have a problem that has not been resolved the volume will not work without resetting the television other wise great product I own 4 samsung tvs
