This TV needs a voice activated remote it is way too complicated to use the remote that comes with this TV ALSO it will not recognize a HD Antenna message reads that this feature isn’t available I can use it on all of my other TV’s

Hi NagahF,
Your DU7200 TV has a tuner that can scan for and automatically program local channels that will appear on your channel list. Plus, an antenna will help your TV find even more channels and improve the quality of the signal. If you’re not receiving all channels, first ensure that your coaxial cable is securely connected to the TV.
Then, run Reset or Auto Program. • Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset • Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program
I hope this helps. For further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

Picture worse than my old 2015 model. Tried all the adjustments. The sound still sucks. Put the speakers in front. It does not plug and play for some external speakers. The older models were easier to hook up.

Hi,
We appreciate you sharing your experience with the DU7200 TV. Your feedback regarding image and sound quality is essential to us and will be shared with our internal teams. Please try adjusting the below settings to improve your experience.
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
For sound adjustments, go to Settings> All Settings> Sound.
Finally, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware on your TV. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

I have repeatedly called support to get my live tv channels to reflect my location correctly. It worked at one point but now it doesn’t. The problem still isn’t fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Please try the below troubleshooting steps:
If you’re not receiving all channels, first ensure that your coaxial cable is securely connected to the TV.
Then, run Auto Program: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program. Select Start to begin auto-programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both.
- Select Air if you're using an antenna only. - Select Cable if you're using a cable box only. - Select Both if you're using an antenna and a cable box. You will get the most channels this way.
If you're still having difficulties, please reach us on Facebook or Chat with us on the Samsung website. You can also reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG / Available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
