Love this Bidet option to add to a "normal" toilet

I purchased my SmartBidet SB-2000 Bidet Seat for Elongated Toilets back in January of 2021, never having ever even tried a bidet before, but it was needed for my husband who was going through chemo at the time and we needed everything to be very clean to keep him comfortable. And the whole family has decided in the next couple of years that they actually liked it so much - that I ended up getting one for our guest bathroom in 2024, so that they could use one as well, without having to go into our master bathroom. And they are both great! The only downside is you can no longer sit on the closed toilet seat, to put on your shoes after a shower / etc. (And I have a feeling someone might have done that - as the toilet lid in our older bidet is making this ominous "cracking" noise every time I open it up or close it now.) The part that is attached to the hinge is cracked, and the crack opens up and then "snaps" as you close the lid, which is very loud in the middle of the night when you are trying to be quiet - so as not to wake anyone up. But, other than that, I love the warm seat / warm water / power of the jets / adjustablity of that power / etc... (My Mom/Dad have one by a different manufacturer - and their jet is so wimpy that it barely works at all.) So, they are getting one of yours soon, as well as my Aunt / Uncle too!

We bought the SB-2000 about 7 years ago and it has worked very well - except for the seat lid which we have now had to replace for the 3rd time. Each lid lasts about 2.5 years then develops a crack on the right side of the lid.

We have 3 toilets and purchased the smart bidet for all 3. Wr really loved how it works and we akways have the feeling of being clean afterwards.

We love this bidet. We never have any issues with how it operates. It is easy to install and the warming seat is great. My wife has MS and this seat works to keep her private parts clean. I highly recommend this product if you are in the market for a bidet.

The nozzle started malfunctioning after 14 months. Had to replace the main body.

I bought SB 1000 electronic bidet in 2018 and it has performed well. The only issue we have had is with the seat cover that lost its ability to soft close. After replacing twice, we opted for a manual soft close. Would highly recommend for personal hygiene and relief from irritation.
