Best bidet I’ve ever used!

2nd unit from SmartBidet and it’s still good.

2nd bidet I own from SmartBidet. This one gets a solid 4 stars because compared to the other model from SmartBidet, this one doesn’t have a turbo wash mode, but still is a great bidet for our house. What’s different from the other unit we have is, the SB-2400 has a blue night light whereas the other one has white light. I think this one deserves a better look for anyone looking for a mid tier bidet product. Installation is pretty much the same as the other one I have, and has all the necessary parts you’ll really need to set it up. The remote comes with pre-attached 3M tape you just need to level it on the wall. Very neat and good looking product. Just wish it has a turbo mode.

I don't really know how Bidetes are not widely accepted in the US. This is life changing. I honestly deal with conspitation all the time, but my SmartBidet wash resolved that issue for me. The installation process was fairly straight forward. I wish the t-valve was slightly in better build quality, but it doesn't leak whatsoever.

I love it. Washing with water is much better than just wiping with tp. It’s really good for my bottom.

been using my SB-2400 for about 8 months. the way the nozzle moves around makes me feel clean, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a bidet. The seat comfort, i'd give 9/10. I like to have the seat temperature at the lowest setting at all times and water temperature at the highest setting. I just hate cold water spraying at me. This bidet seat is a 10 out of 10 for sure.

Strictly reviewing my SB-2400, I was pleased with what was in the box. All the accessories needed for installation (easy by the way) and it worked on my elongated two piece toilet. Water pressure is just right and the water doesn't get burning hot and the heated seat is exactly what I wanted in a bidet seat. it has been exactly 1 year since owning one and it still works like day 1.

we completely redid the bathroom reno last year. was not sure which bidet seat to go with, did a ton of research and this was it. My installation process was simple enough. I believe there's a sensor built into the blue light thing that shines the toilet bowl, which i thought was neat. The remote works well and it should be installed within reach, because using one while holding the remote in your hand might not be the most comfortable thing.

As I've said in the title, i am a heavy man, about 265 lbs. It supports me fine and no cracks on the seat so far (2 years in). Been a pleasure using it daily and it never had issues. I replaced batteries on the remote once throughout the ownership of my bidet. I'd recommend it even if you're a heavyweight.
