one small flaw

the SB-1000WR bidet seat is amazing with one slight flaw... the plastic on the lid is thin where it connects to the soft close hinge mechanism. with time it eventually cracks here.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great bidet

I bought this several years ago, I'm happy with the purchase. The only downside is the plastic part of the hinge may wear out over time, and you wouldn't want to go to regular public restroom

We have had this Smart Bidet for at least 3 years or more and we are very pleased with it. It has served it's purpose very well. It still works perfectly however recently a small crack has developed at the center front and back of the seat. Surely caused by some very large grandchildren plopping down to hard.
I would recommend this to a friend!
