I have owned an sb-1000 for the past 10 years and greatly appreciate how easy it is to maintain and order replacement parts for. I ordered an sb-2000 which is almost identical except for the controls built in to the seat and so far it has the same quality as the 1000
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just received our new Smart Bidet. This is our second Smart Bidet. Our first has been installed for over five years and still performing perfectly. We have been extremely pleased with the product. The service is also exceptional. We received our new unit very quickly. Highly recommend!

Don't live without your smart bidet

We love outsmart bidet. We have had 2 and bought one for our daughter who had back surgery. It made her recovery so much easier. We will never go back to a non bidet bathroom. Everyone who visits enjoys it immensely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this bidet for a few months and wanted to make sure it is consistent before I write my review. Well, after using it for a few months by my family and few guests I can honestly say that it is a great product. Was very easy to install, literally took minutes. Very easy to use and absolutely no issues so far. It was a healthy decision indeed! At least three of my guests has decided to install this product in this bathrooms.

Remodeled the bathroom

I had my bathroom renovated and made sure I had an electrical outlet put in so I could add another Smart Bidet to that bathroom. I now have two bidet seats in the house.

Lid broke on right side hinge

Love the unit, but after reading the reviews, the manufacturer needs to remedy the lid breaking in the same spot for everyone. It's not user error or overuse, it's a manufacturing defect.
