[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is wonderful! my biobidet stopped working after a couple of years and i found this one has great reviews so I gave it a try wow the SMARTBIDET is great and i hope it lasts longer than my old one. Looks great in the master bath

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good. Plenty of options. We vave had sb-1000 model that lasted around 2 years before seat broke. Now we purchased sb-2400 and it seems to be a improved version. We'll see for how long it will last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First bidet I've owned,used. After a week, I went on vacation and stayed in a hotel and already missed my bidet. Would be nice if mounting bracket had notches for positions instead of using friction alone for placement. Remote is very good. No leaks everything worked first time. Seat is warmer than I need even on lowest setting but I guess it would be good if you live in a cold climate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a bidet and I am so glad I finally got one! This one has all the right features and I have never felt so clean after taking care of business. It comes with a rather short plug- 3 ft so you just need to have an outlet close by or what I did was buy a 2 ft extension cord to reach my outlet. Controls are easy and you can personalize the settings. Seat is comfortable too.
