I started using the first one back in 2020 and then purchase 3 more for each of my bathroom for a couple of years and I'm general satisfied. My family use them everyday. The only problem is when we travel we are now so not used to rooms without bidet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great unit for 3 years. Then plastic breaks at hinge area

No issues with anything for 3 years and the product is great. However the lid broke in same spot everyone is saying here. Plastic needs to be reinforced there.
