I’ve used the SmartBidet for years and love it. After 5 years I’ve replaced the lid once and everything else still works great. It’s a game changer, highly recommend.

Love this bidet. Heated seat and blow dryer really take it to the next level. I can never go back. Have had mine for years and the only issue is that I have to replace the remote.

Had this unit (SB 2000, enlongated) for 5 years and it works great. Great price and extremely functional. Can't live without it. Lid broke and needs to be replaced.

GREAT BIDET BUT........

I love the bidet but Ive had two issues with the toilet seat and lid malfunctioning. I am on my second lid due to what seems like a defect in making the product or just not strong enough? The same part continues to break and its the part on the side to prevent slamming of the lid. A small little piece at the same spot has broke twice on me. When this breaks the lid slams on the seat which then not only is annoying but destructive to the seat due to the continuous slams.

After 2 years of using this product I am extremely pleased. The only downside is the remote that stopped working, first allowing for the water spout function to start, but not to stop. Then not working at all, immediately turning the Bidet into a regular toilet seat.
Seeing SmartBidet sells 'replacement remotes' this is apparently a known issue.
