I bought this 2 years ago it has been working great, love all the features, i have one piece french curve toilet, hard to find bidet that works with it, this one does, the seat does slide forward some but not an issue. easy to install, I did it myself via youtube video, only issue I am having now is the remote stopped working

I purchased a SB-2000 about 10/12 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. If it ever broke I would repair it or buy another one in a heart beat. Easy to adjust to each others use. My wife and I love the clean feeling you get after using.When we go on vacation it's just not the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is for the SB-2000. We’ve had this bidet since Dec 2019 and used it religiously - it got us through the toilet paper panic of the pandemic! The controls are simple and now, over five years later, we are having our first issue, which is a motor we can rebuy and fix ourselves. A great, longlasting product! (The plastic toilet cover isn’t my favorite though - but the rest makes up for it.)

I bought SB 1000 electronic bidet in 2018 and it has performed well. The only issue we have had is with the seat cover that lost its ability to soft close. After replacing twice, we opted for a manual soft close. Would highly recommend for personal hygiene and relief from irritation.
