Great product and features

Smart Bidet works as expected. Really useful for elders and sanitary. We will certainly buy a couple more soon.
Previous Smartbidet seat lasted 10 years until signs of wear appeared.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this bidet but it seems pretty common that the soft close fails after a while. Other than that I’m happy with it.

1000 lid replacement

Bought lid several months ago, worked perfectly--good product. Unfortunately I broke it recently, not seller's fault. Ordering another replacement.

Great product, but a poor lid design.

The bidet itself is awesome. The lid however is constructed of material that is bound to break at the spring tension side when it is flexed during operations. We've had out bidet for 6 years. I've repaired the cracks using paper matches and super glue 2 years ago. It broke again in different places than previously. So, I tried to fix them again. It only lasted 2 days and there were more broken plastic and cracks. So, yes, it's time for a new cover. Hopefully the new one lasts at least as long as the last one, but if not I have more paper matches and glue.

Breaks easily

I have replaced this seat lid several times the design breaks very easily. It needs a better design so that it does not break so easily. It is easy to replace but expensive.
