Cannot Live Without It.

I purchased my Smart Bidet just prior to my major back surgery. We love the function and heated seat of the Smart Bidet and highly recommend it.

No issues with anything for 3 years and the product is great. However the lid broke in same spot everyone is saying here. Plastic needs to be reinforced there.

I've been using Smartbidet for more than years which definitely improves my life quality.
While some parts are waring, I'm glad to know that Smartbidet provides spare parts which will enable me to keep it running.

I started using the first one back in 2020 and then purchase 3 more for each of my bathroom for a couple of years and I'm general satisfied. My family use them everyday. The only problem is when we travel we are now so not used to rooms without bidet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
