Great seat, mounting plates cracked on 2nd toilet

Seat is great, purchased a second one and both mounting plates cracked upon installation.

Great bidet

I bought this several years ago, I'm happy with the purchase. The only downside is the plastic part of the hinge may wear out over time, and you wouldn't want to go to regular public restroom

We have had this Smart Bidet for at least 3 years or more and we are very pleased with it. It has served it's purpose very well. It still works perfectly however recently a small crack has developed at the center front and back of the seat. Surely caused by some very large grandchildren plopping down to hard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this bidet for over 8 years and it’s still doing an amazing job. I’m just now having to replace the seat. I love that you can just replace a part and not the entire system!!
