It’s a big investment but worth much more than that. I don’t need to deal with a cold seat every morning anymore. You don’t need to be startled by the slam that you get with normal toilet seats. Our family of four is extremely happy with this one. Two adults - 40 years old and one teenager. Just this one bidet has upgraded our bathroom significantly. The three of us can each use it according to our own preferences.

Heated water really helps my bathroom time especially when I’m suffering from constipation. Heated water relaxes me. After using this I can’t imagine going back without it.

As I've said in the title, i am a heavy man, about 265 lbs. It supports me fine and no cracks on the seat so far (2 years in). Been a pleasure using it daily and it never had issues. I replaced batteries on the remote once throughout the ownership of my bidet. I'd recommend it even if you're a heavyweight.

we completely redid the bathroom reno last year. was not sure which bidet seat to go with, did a ton of research and this was it. My installation process was simple enough. I believe there's a sensor built into the blue light thing that shines the toilet bowl, which i thought was neat. The remote works well and it should be installed within reach, because using one while holding the remote in your hand might not be the most comfortable thing.

Strictly reviewing my SB-2400, I was pleased with what was in the box. All the accessories needed for installation (easy by the way) and it worked on my elongated two piece toilet. Water pressure is just right and the water doesn't get burning hot and the heated seat is exactly what I wanted in a bidet seat. it has been exactly 1 year since owning one and it still works like day 1.
I would recommend this to a friend!

been using my SB-2400 for about 8 months. the way the nozzle moves around makes me feel clean, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a bidet. The seat comfort, i'd give 9/10. I like to have the seat temperature at the lowest setting at all times and water temperature at the highest setting. I just hate cold water spraying at me. This bidet seat is a 10 out of 10 for sure.

I like the various temperature levels. You can adjust the exact water temperature and the nozzle position so it fits you perfectly. I really enjoy the personalized experience. It makes my bathroom feel like one in a hotel.
