I started using the first one back in 2020 and then purchase 3 more for each of my bathroom for a couple of years and I'm general satisfied. My family use them everyday. The only problem is when we travel we are now so not used to rooms without bidet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great unit for 3 years. Then plastic breaks at hinge area

No issues with anything for 3 years and the product is great. However the lid broke in same spot everyone is saying here. Plastic needs to be reinforced there.

I purchased my Smart Bidet just prior to my major back surgery. We love the function and heated seat of the Smart Bidet and highly recommend it.

Great for skin irritation in that area of the body

I love my Smart Bidet. I have skin problems in that area sometimes and this truly helps me to stay cleaner and not use so much toilet paper. It has truly helped me and I highly recommend it to anyone, whether you have a skin condition like me or not; I urge you to get one.

I purchased the Bidet in 2018. My wife and I both love it. The only problem is the seat is a little weak. I am getting ready to purchase the 3rd replacement seat.
