Best product I ever bought, but moved and now the water hook up is not working. I have reached out to the company but still have not gotten a clear answer on howe to resolve the problem

The smartbidet seat works great. I only wish we had replaced the toilet as well for a better flush.

Better than Toto's Washlet

I've had my SB-1000 for almost three years now. I like it a lot better than the Toto Washlet, so much so that I took it out of the guest bath and put in into the master bath.
