Best product I ever bought, but moved and now the water hook up is not working. I have reached out to the company but still have not gotten a clear answer on howe to resolve the problem

The smartbidet seat works great. I only wish we had replaced the toilet as well for a better flush.

I've had my SB-1000 for almost three years now. I like it a lot better than the Toto Washlet, so much so that I took it out of the guest bath and put in into the master bath.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This bidet is incredibly convinient and extremely clean! Easy to install and use right away! Definitely recommend to buy another one in the near future. This one bidet changed the vibe of the bathroom
