Life changing! My Smart Bidet is one of the non-negotiable purchases we made when we moved to the US from abroad. I can't imagine not having it--if you're on the fence get the bidet. It was also super easy to install.

I purchased the SB-2000 W/R and regret going on vacation because your product makes simple work of bathroom duty. I hate to leave home.
The heated water and seat are the best, especially in the winter time.

The seat, wash and dry functions work great. However, the lid/cover broke allowing the it to slam down.

I bought this 2 years ago it has been working great, love all the features, i have one piece french curve toilet, hard to find bidet that works with it, this one does, the seat does slide forward some but not an issue. easy to install, I did it myself via youtube video, only issue I am having now is the remote stopped working
