It’s coo to have but u only get one use and then have to recharge it

My friend's cell phone battery always dies, so to help her I bought her an OtterBox Mobile Charging Kit! She loves it and now her phone has a full charge whenever and whereever she needs it! And she loves the beautiful blue charger I chose for her!
Doesn't stay charged up for a long period of time and takes forever to recharge the unit

Unsatisfied, haven't been able to use the power bank. The cable doesn't work and it has been extremely difficult to contact Otterbox for an exchange.

No instructions. Which wires charge my phone and which wire charges the otter? I have no clue and the green lights do not turn on. Should be markings on the box. Do not buy this

The main cord on the three-tiered cord is the one with which you will charge the battery with, and the remaining two are a Samsung device-compatible charging tip, or an Apple device-compatible charging tip. These are interchangeable based on which device you are needing to charge. If none of the lights on the battery are lighting up, then the product needs to be charged before use. I bought this product to help my boys with their inflatable Halloween costume in case their batteries died. It worked great as a back up and now I am using it for my cell phone when I need a quick charge.
The color is great; stands out from my husband's charger, the reason I chose it. Always liked Otterbox products to protect phones and tablets. However not happy with charger. I charged it up, used it once at home to test it out with phone, then tablet. Perfect. Arrived on my Christmas vacation went to use it, it doesn't charge anything. I verified I had all the correct adapters, but nothing works. I assume its too late to return and probably a hassle, too.
