Arrived unable to work

Doesn't work, cannot charge a product and doesn't absorb power. When I submit a warranty, I really don't wanna have to pay 10 dollar ship/warranty fee on a replacement product.

I was able to charge the bank, but it will not detect my phones and/or charge them.

Does not work

Purchased 6 months ago. The USB C has never recognized my devices; other connectors of cord only work intermittently. So not reliable for travel. Wish I would have returned.

Doesn’t stay charged long. I charged the box up for a couple hours and it quit charging my phone after about 20 min
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won’t charge

I have been trying to charge this device and one light comes on, but goes out in less than a minute. With a trip coming up, I now have no way to charge devices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Took my a second to figure out but my only negative comment is that I’ve notice it charges 1 thing and pretty much needs recharged.. depending on length of time I suppose- but I have 3 boys this extra compact box in my bag has not gone without use .... daily! I also work from home, great for a reachable boost, too.
Love the thinness of it and the multipurpose cord. Only down fall is if you forget to plug your adapter part to the actual cord. Didn’t except the power bank to be such a perfect fit in your pocket size. I haven’t tested out the life of the battery yet or how much I can charge off it. Very happy with my purchase
