So you’re going to just delete my review instead of fixing the problem. I have purchased your product over a month ago, and still have not been sent the cables to use it. Pathetic!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This speaker is 5 stars for sound quality and battery life but the volume level while loud indoors could be louder for outdoor use. It is not a big jump up from the smaller version.
I bought this a month ago for my grandson's 18th birthday present and was rewarded on my visit staying with the family to see him carrying it with him every day after school and his friends gathering around to admire it and then enjoy listening to it as they carried on with their various activities!
Extreme 2 is a wonderful speaker. Wasn’t to happy to find out that the Extreme 2 wasn’t able to link up with the Charge 3 because one has connect and the connect +. I guess I’ll have to ask more questions the next time.
I got this a week ago. It’s not what I was thinking it was gone be. I really not happy with it.
