Its sounds really bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It sounds really bad im not sure it defective or what i owned the smaller version i have it for a very long long and i love it . But this one its terrible 😢 im very disappointed.

Disappointed

Received two different mixers, both died immediately. First one after only using about 2 min. then replacement died while using the second time of use. The first time I thought it to be a fluke...defective...it happens. Second time this happened I knew there was something wrong here. I looked on line and it appeared that there were dozens and dozens of people having the same issue. I have a smaller kitchen-aid than the one I purchased here and I love it. I also had a 5QT lift that I had for 35 years and recently gave to my daughter when she moved out.....reason I was purchasing a new one. Since I have been a Kitchen-aid user and lover for years, I never thought to look at the reviews. I sent an email to Kitchen-aid inquiring and never received a response. I ended up purchasing an Ankarsrum mixer since the holidays were approaching and I did not have confidence in purchasing another 7QT lift.......and could not be without something for the holidays. I really miss my old one but very disappointed with the quality and build of the new ones.
