I liked everything except the swivel. It swivels a bit too much for me, but the wife likes it and we're seniors. I fixed the cord issue by using a tie wrap next to cord holder on handle. this thing inhales everything, is easy to clean, works on tile, throw rugs/carpets (not thick) without adjusting! It has enough pull that it even goes against the rug grain without trouble! Yes, we like it.

This vacuum picks up dirt I couldn't even see with my eyes. At first glance my carpet looked clean and after seeing what this vacuum picked up I was SHOCKED!

I have had mine for about 4 months. I have bought 6 belts for it . I can't even completely finish one room with it before my belt breaks and their is no objects that getting picked up . I guess I just got a defected vacuum

This vacuum has all the perks of much more expensive brands for a fraction of the cost. It gets my brand new, very thick carpet very clean. The attachments are easy to use and work very well. Couldn't be happier with my new vacuum!

Whoever designed this piece of junk should be fired!! A) 1st of all, the cord is not long enough to even go across an 18ft living room. And it sucs that they don't have rewind cord. B) The extension tool, is basically attached to vacuum upside down. You always have to flip it over before you can attach it to hose. C) The brush attachment is way too big for it to create any kind of suction, and too big to be stored on the side of the unit. It always hits things and falls off. D) The crevice tool has a Crack in the tip on each side, so how do you expect it to gain any suction? Duh!!! E) It does not have an upholstery mini vac. So I used the one from my old hoover, and this one does not even have enough power to spin the brush in the hand vacuum. And no, it's not stuck. F) And right after I bought this one, the hose just ripped off the back of the vacuum. I had to superglue it back on. Hoover USE t o have the best vacuum out there, but looks like now they are letting China make everything for them. Such a cheap made device. I m embarrassed for them, they ruined their good name!!!

I vacuumed with it and was surprised how much dirt was still in my carpets. Don't be fooled by its smaller size, it is powerful, also easy to maneuver around furniture and corners. Excellent vacuum cleaner!

I have two Aussies & 3 indoor cats. & while yes it's a lot of fur that goes around it's still too much for this vacuum. I spend more time unclogging the tubes than I do using the vacuum to clean!
