Lifter design is awful.

Didn't have it a few weeks and the lifter tab broke. Can use it as long as it never comes off the floor. This model is not very good.

Love Hate relationship

I love that this vacuum has decent suction and is lightweight. What I hate is the belt!! I've had this vacuum for less than a year, and have had to replace the belt 5 times already!! Such a nuisance!

Belt breaks very often. Do not buy this model

I have 2 of these and they both constantly break the belts. Belt will last about 3 to 4 vacuums. I believe it's a defective belt problem. I have bought the correct belt 5 or 6 times. 2 pack at a time. At first I just thought it was the vacuum and then I bought another vacuum. Same model because it works good , but the new vacuum breaks the belt just like the other one. So I literally have 2 new vacuums that I'm constantly replacing the belts. I would appreciate it if hoover would do a recall or design a belt that didn't break on this model. I use these in my home. Not commercial jobs. It's ridiculous

Not getting a hoover again anytime soon

Only had this one and half months and the brush got stuck and broke the belt. The vacuum had great suction so hopefully we can fix it with a new belt and brush?

This Vacuum is No Joke!

Be sure to clear everything from your floors before using because this thing will it right up! I have to adjust the settings before using on my longer hair rug because the suction is so strong it makes it hard to pull back. I definitely saw a difference in my rugs after using and was shocked at how much dirt came out. The look and design is very nice and modern looking and the attachments come in handy. This along with the steam mop and you will have a much cleaner home.

Buyer beware. I literally used this vacuum one time before it gave out on me. Lights went out, power died down and then it started to smell like something was burning. Unplugged it checked for jams or anything that may solve the problem. Everything appeared ok at first glance but when I removed the HEPA filter and powered it back on I could see that the motor was sparking. This is a major concern for me. Huge fire issue.
