Great for busy households with a messy family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first used the vacuum it sucked up so much stuff out of our carpet it was appalling. We previously owned a 6 year old Bissel. So I am upset the old vacuum left all that did that it did in our carpet. We are a busy family with a farm and a preschooler. So our floors get a lot of mud,dirt, and food tracked and dropped into them. Suction is great. I love how easy it is to swivel and it get into hard to reach places. The weight is very light which is great on my wrists and back. This is easily just as good or better than a Shark (which I use at work). We have had one complaint and that is when our daughter dropped a few random goldfish snacks on the floor, it really didn't grab them and suck them up, the vacuum rolled them around. Not a deal breaker though, I can use the suction hose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using Hoover Elite Swivel Upright vacuum to clean my house floors. The vacuum picks up dirt and hair leaving my floor clean. I like that I can use it on carpet and tile floors. The vacuum is very sturdy and durable. It has great power and comes with a long cord. I can move around the house with no problem. I don't have to worry about not reaching. It's easy to use and simple to clean the filter. I would buy this vacuum. I will recommend this vacuum to my friends and family. Hoover Swivel is ELITE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this vacuum. I took it right out of the box and put it to the test. We live in an apartment that is partially underground. The dust/dryer fuzz accumulates fast. With 2 kids a good vacuum is essential. I did a side by side with my old vaccum and the lifting power of the Hoover Elite Swivel was apparent. Great for tight corners. So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recieved this. We are a family of 5. We also own a dyson. We were actually impressed. Seems like the power of our dyson but without all of the attachments. Other than that, the vacuum seems more sturdy. The,only thing i would change is maybe some more attachments and an option to turn the brush off from spinning.

Broken when arrived but still works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dust bucket lid wasn't secure bc it arrived broken. Despite that we tried the vacuum and it worked really well. I love the Swivel action of it. I wish it had rewind cord holder but I'm ok with old fashion. It cleans really well and is pretty light weight for vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Fantastic first impression of the Hoover High Performance Swivel Vacuum. The machine looked so professionally stylish and as for the cleaning part It truly surprised me. It really does easily left embedded dirt you would never know that my carpets and floors were cleaned before using this product. After I used this vacuum my floors and carpets looked brand new , like we just moved in. Great suction, love all of the side tools as well. It really got into tight spots and tiny spaces with the swivel factor. It got under the bed and it places my old vacuum could reach. Thank you Bzz Agent for this wonderful free sample from Hoover Vacuums.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy using the Hoover Elite Swivel Upright Vacuum. I'm going to break this review down by features. - Chord length - The chord is nice and long! With my old vacuum I would get annoyed because I was either pulling the plug out of the outlet or having to stop what I'm doing to change to a closer outlet just to finish a room. With the Hoover I was able to do an entire room & sometimes start into another room without having to change outlets. - Hose/tools - I have two small dogs and children who are constantly in and out so having a durable hose is important for me to have to help clean those hard to reach area's. The hose feels like a great quality and made my dusting a lot easier. The Hoover also has an awesome feature where you can lower the suction of the hose which I found very helpful when vacuuming my rugs. The swivel feature gives this edge to edge suction which maximizes the pickup of hair and dirt in the tight corners of the walls and harder to reach area's. - Weight - It's not the lightest vacuum I've ever owned but it's definitely not too heavy. It has just enough weight to feel like it's built to last and it has amazing suction power that you can feel when pushing it. - Hardwood/tile - There are a lot of vacuums that say they're good for hardwood & tile floors - I have never been impressed with their abilities and opted for a broom and dust pan - Today the Hoover did an amazing job even on the non carpet areas of the house. I'm pretty pumped to not have to sweep around dirt anymore! .. The bottom line is I'm very impressed with this vacuum. I am happy to say this vacuum does an amazing job! The amount of dirt, dander, and fur it picked up really surprised me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum arrived a d I immediately could not wait to try it out. It's sleek and the white color is very modern. I think this vacuum cleaned up better than my other "expensive" name brand Dyson. The ball turning made it so much easier to get under the beds and allowed me to fully bend the handle and still turn. Unlike the other brand I have . This lets you maneuver through tight spots effortlessly. And it's LIGHTWEIGHT ! I could not belive it when I took it out and powered it on. It's light! I feel ill be using this system more often and it's so easy to Dump the remains out! I cleaned up all the rooms and vacuumed them in 30-40 minutes.I did t have to move much furniture around. And the pet hair was picked up as well.
