I've always loved hoover. My mom used them, I remember pushing that heavy machine around. Of course I was just a child, the heavy duty vacuum of today is much lighter. Without sacrificing quality. I have the carpet cleaner as well. It's just as great.

Suddenly stopped working after I emptied it. No clogs, clean filters, and outlet works fine. Wont turn on.

Hose too short

The hose is too short with the extensions. You can't reach high places without lifting the whole vacuum.

This product is amazing! Does well with carpet and wood floors! Never realized how much cat hair we had on our carpets that our other vacuum wasn't picking up! 10/10 recommend this product! And the HEPA filter is a nice feature as well!

I always buy hoover and the vacuums were always strong. This one however seems like it picks up dirt at first then what ever it picked up, the vacuum ends up spitting it out on your next vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best vacuum cleaner that I purchased.

This vacuum cleans every corner and surface carpet, laminate, wood surface and furniture and it sucking up dust and dirt and soil. It's easy to turn on and off no need bend and empty it. I use Hoover more than 20 years.

Vacuum is powerful and works great only problem is that the main hose connector came apart. The rubber hose split so it's inoperable. Trying to get a replacement hose is a joke. Out of stock everywhere.. tells me something rt there, I'm not the only person with this issue
