One pass wonder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying we're a full household- it's 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Not a day goes by where there isn't crumbs or dog hair on the carpet. One of my biggest challenges with vacuuming was having to pass over the same areas multiple times to get up those pesky dirty spots. The vacuum I had been using was heavy and bulky, yet still didn't thoroughly pick up the visible dog hair that was stuck in the carpet. So one day, annoyed at yet again having spent a good amount of time vacuuming and still not feeling the room was clean, I decided to take my new Hoover Elite Swivel Upright Vacuum out of the box and give it a try. Mind you, I had just vacuumed the living room using my old vacuum. I immediately noticed the vacuum was not heavy. I was concerned it wouldn't be powerful enough to make a dent in the carpet. I plugged it in, turned it on with the foot pedal and got to work. The handle on top is comfortable to hold when pushing and pulling, and the swivel action of the bottom made zig-zagging through my room a breeze. Another big bonus I noticed was that while I was vacuuming I didn't experience that dusty smell I usually encounter. I'm not sure if it was the HEPA filter at work or what, but whatever it is I like it. One pass around the room and it looked and smelled fresher. Then the moment of truth- the canister. It was FILLED with dog hair and fine grey particles, which I can only assume was dust and who knows what else. All the itty, bitty dirt my old vacuum just left being the Hoover Elite Swivel Upright picked up with ease. That was only the first run, subsequent uses continue to impress me. No more dog hair left behind after vacuuming. It's a great vacuum and I'm highly impressed. My only wish was that it had an auto cord rewind, but other than that I love the vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hoover This is my first time owner a Hoover Vacuum and I must say I'm impressed.This is an upgrade from what I've previously been using, true it's a little heavier than most but powerful,nicely designed, and bagless. The floor adjustments ranges from bare floor to Carpet,gives me more confidence that it gets the job done, certain areas of the home is high traffic which brings in unwanted dirt and I have a small dog which she sheds quite often, the upholstery attachment has been amazing because she loves hopping on the sofa which leaves some hairs behind. When deep cleaning you have the options of the brush and crevice tools as well, as you vacuum the swivel helps reach more spaces under furniture or even tight spots I'm usually unable to reach. Overall to sum it up,I should've invested in this months ago so satisfied that I was given this opportunity to review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with this vacuum and honestly, I hadn't expected to be since I was coming from a Dyson. It glides across the carpet easily and swivels as needed without feeling out of control. It's got some major power; even when I have the hose out in use ur still has some much suction I accidentally sucked up the cord! I learned the hard way to make sure I'm utilizing the handy clips on the vacuum that keep the cord safely or of the war while I'm utilizing the hose. I like the hose attachments a lot; you can use them in combination with each other to reach the edges and corners of normal 8 for height ceiling which is handy. Also, it has a hose attachment that is small enough to actually fit in those little, nearly impossible to vacuum cracks in between your car seats! It doesn't extend to the height of the Dyson nor have all the attachments that I love, like the car vacuum head or flat under furniture attachments, but at nearly $300 cheaper it still seems to have about the same amount of great suction power and easy to clean filters, so I'm highly impressed and would definitely recommend this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this hoover elite high performance swivel vacuum, indeed high performance can pick up even the super tiny and dusty crumbs . I can tell the difference from my other vacuum, this hoover vacuum is definitely the best for me. I like the swivel feature that gives you easy to move left or right, love the super suction that picks ups all the crumb. It has long cord which is okay to me i can go far, the switching adjustment between carpet and hardwood is the best also with high and low volume. Overall, I definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum cleaner was easy to assemble it did not take long, it is the best there is to get rid of the annoying crumbs that children leave on furniture and on the carpet, compared to other brands that I have used this one I like it has a rotating elite allowing you to handle it easily, I loved being able to quickly remove the remains of potatoes that my children leave when they eat them from my furniture, they are small 1 and 3 years old and as you will understand they leave residues of what they eat everywhere, it is super powerful and the other accessories it brings removing dirt from all corners are incredible, the wiring is long enough to allow you to move through your room without any problem, the only thing that at first scared my little ones the noise it produces when it is in operation, but a couple of days for them to get used to the sound, for my part I recommend it 100% and without a doubt I would buy it

I have hardwood floors in 95% of my house and they look so clean. Super easy to push around and cleanup is easy. Love the design of the vacuum definitely looks expensive. This vacuum Picked up so much dirt and pet hair off my floors. The multi attachments are great too all of them come super handy.

I can tell by the sound of the motor that this has very strong suctioning power. Within just 30 seconds of vacuuming a room, the canister was already filled a quarter of the way with dust. Pros: -Strong suction -Fast spinning, durable brushes -love the swivel feature -Not too loud -Great power button design that is located towards the bottom of machine so could be foot activated -HEPA filter -Height settings for hardwood and different height carpets -Telescoping handle is a great idea that stores compactly -Washable, reusable filter Cons: -Cord isn't long enough for my liking -The brush in it's stored position on the vacuum frequently hits my leg when vacuuming -When in the upright locked position, the vacuum tends to tilt forward and looks like it's about to fall while in its resting position Overall, would really recommend this vacuum. Not that heavy and really well designed.
