Vacuum is powerful and works great only problem is that the main hose connector came apart. The rubber hose split so it's inoperable. Trying to get a replacement hose is a joke. Out of stock everywhere.. tells me something rt there, I'm not the only person with this issue
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tried contacting them via email and through their phone number with no help. Worked less than a minute of use! Never recommending to anyone!!! On hold 1.5 hours with no help!

Falls apart quick

Machine picks up great but falls apart very easily. Has tons of power to clean up pet hair. I would say the only downfall is when you pull the vacuum on the backward pass the handle falls out about 95% of the time. For the price this isn't worth it. The handle doesn't screw in. Just pops in and out with a metal button. I've only had it three days and am returning it today due to this issue. If Hoover removes the button lock and give you a screw to hold the handle on I would have given this 5 stars. Def needs to be improved in in that sense.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
