I’m finding that this bread maker is very nice. The key thing is to buy a cook book that goes with this brand name until you get good at cooking in it. I would use bread maker flour all the time.

I have been making bread for 15+ years and it’s always a little bit of a chore to dirty up a surface to knead. The clean up is my misery. With this thing you dump in the ingredients and GO! It’s amazing! I made some delicious zucchini bread with garden fresh zucchini, well I made 20+ loaves for all my loved ones. It is so good and perfect everytime!!!!!

I have had other bread makers. I prefer the rectangular loaf in lieu of the square loaf. But I thought I would give it a try.
I wasn’t happy with the first couple of loaves. But it had been a bit, since I had used a bread machine. So, I was able to understand the machine better by the 3rd loaf. Everyone loved it and it seems to work well.
I think I still prefer the longer rectangular loaves to the square ones.
Also, I wasn’t use to the twisting of the loaf pan into the machine. It would seem there would be some other way to lock in the pan. I wonder if over time this will cause a mechanical failure. Especially using the handle to twist the pan to lock it in and out.
And I’m not convinced about the add-in tray for the nuts yet. It seems to function well. And I understand that putting the nuts in the dough, after the first mix, helps to ensure there isn’t raw flour on the nuts. I’ll just have to see how that goes. If I don’t like it, I won’t use it.
The recipes for banana bread and the Parmesan cheese breads are really good.
I’m not in love with the pizza dough recipe. It seems to be tougher than other recipes I have used. And not as elastic. But that has nothing to do with the machine, of which I am aware. We have made pizza dough a couple of times and it seemed to work well enough and the taste was fine. Just hard to rollout. I’ll keep
working with the recipe. Until it works for me.

I have been using it at least once a week since my purchase. And I give it a rating of 4 out 5 because of the personal preferences, I have stated above. (Mostly the square shaped bread loaf, that all the manufacturers think we want.)

Disappointed with Performance and Design Flaws

I had high hopes for the Cuisinart bread maker, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. One of the biggest issues is that if you accidentally press a button mid-cycle, the machine resets completely, and there’s no way to resume—your bread is ruined. The controls are not intuitive, and the machine lacks flexibility. Also, despite trying multiple recipes, I couldn’t get a light, airy loaf using the built-in settings. I had to resort to manual kneading and rising outside the machine to get decent results. For the price, I expected much better. Not recommended.
