The first loaf I made with this machine was perfect! I love the beep notification for agitator removal. This prevents your bread from having a big hole in the middle.

I've made a half dozen loaves so far and very much like the machine. The only thing I've discovered is that I sort of have to tend to it a bit because the dough tends to collect in a corner, so I use a spatula to coax it back to the center. Not a lot, just a few times early in the cycle. The paddle has stuck in the bread only once. It's a lot of fun.

I've used their model cbk-100 for years and found it completely dependable and predictable, which is what you want from a machine. I've recently upped my game to a model 200, mainly to use the automatic add-in function because I like crunchy bits and nuts in my bread and don't like waiting for the relevant beep signal. I still have to wait for the signal to lift out the dough and remove the paddle -- this is the biggest hassle! And wouldn't it be great to have a light inside the lid? Maybe impossible due to the heat and size limitations. Overall, I recommend this bread machine highly.

1 out 5 times bread worked. The light function still produces hard crust and that after removing bread 14 minutes early. Whole wheat setting produced denser than normal bread . Fast function was not quick . So far disappointing machine.

I bought the “smaller” Cuisinart Bread Maker for Christmas. I used it so much that I decided to get the convection bread maker with the automatic add in ingredients. My bread is delicious and healthy because I use quality non GMO ingredients. I have never been able to bake a nice loaf of bread before I started using the Cuisinart Bread Makers. The automatic ingredients add in is a bonus!

The bread maker is okay but the instruction/ recipe book is lacking. The old manual was very clear and concise and had many great recipes, this one not so much. The recipes are limited and there are just too many buttons to press, like when removing the paddle. I may consider a deferent brand next time.
