I like the bread machine. I was hoping the bread pan was longer though. The add in tray works great. Made a whole wheat multigran loaf of bread that came out great. Also made the Cranberry walnut bread recipe that is in the book. I added more Cranberry and walnuts though. It was yummy.

Liking this bread machine very much. I've been making my own bread for many years and like the couple of upgrades on this model. The programming is very easy and has nice options and results. I also like the automatic mix-in dispenser for adding fruit or whatever to the bread, and the option to remove the paddle before the 3rd rise and bake. With a bit of experience already behind me, I also like the recipes that came along with it. Nice variety and can still be altered for own preference. As with all machines, still need to check dough at the first mix to be sure it's the right consistency and add flour or liquid accordingly. That's what makes making your own bread fun!

Great breadmaker, everything has turned out well apart from the Gluten Free sandwich bread recipe. It was very chalky and very dense, did not do much proofing, but will give it another shot to try and do better.

Fabulous bread maker. Controls are very easy to understand. Really love the alert that sounds to remove the paddle so that the hole in the bottom of the loaf is very small. Absolutely satisfied!

I'm grateful that we chose to purchase the Cuisinart Custom Convection Bread Maker. While there are other bread makers on the market, we chose the Cuisinart because of the companies reputation and the quality of their product. We absolutely love the loaves of bread that this machine produces!

I am a returning customer, having previously owned a Cuisinart CBK-100. This machine is definitely an upgrade. It is lighter and slightly smaller than the CBK-100, yet the pan is the same size. I've used it twice since purchase and have been pleased with well-formed loaves. I especially like the automatic fruit and nut dispenser.

Change is not always good. The CBK-100 was terrific. The CBK-200 hundred took some adjusting to the baking time to get the same quality as the 100. The CBK-210 change the rising times and baking times. I'm still trying to get the quality of bread that I had experienced using this same recipe for over 20 years.

I've always wanted to try a bread machine, and I finally got one for Christmas last year. I've had a blast, trying the recipes in the book that was included. All but the banana bread have been successful. Both batches I made were underdone, and the one I didn't stop to mix in the ingredients fully with a spatula was inedible because it didn't mix. Love the sandwich loaves though. I wish the pan was longer and a bit more shallow, like a standard load.
