This machine is awesome. It makes very tasty bread even when I screwed up the recipe. I had to pause the machine twice yo add or adjust my mistakes. It still came out fantastic and tasty.

CBK 210 Not Nearly As Good As Previous Model

After having had three previous CBK 200’s, which I loved; I purchased the CBK 210, and am terribly disappointed. Loaves made in the machine are usually very dense and soggy. The pan is smaller. Recipes from my previous recipe book do not work well. Cycles have been condensed, renamed, and renumbered; which makes it hard to use. I basically use this now for a dough maker. Not very happy.

For over 15 years I’ve had a CBK-200 always great gluten free loves, but it was discontinued and I couldn’t get a new pan so I bought this. I have made two loaves since purchase and the sides of the loaf caves it when taken out of the pan! Exact same recipe I have always used, VERY disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement for old Cuisinart bread maker. It has better settings, smoother and quieter function. I’ve mostly been using it to mix my sourdough bread and them allowing it to proof annd bake outside the bread maker. I have made a loaf of commercial yeast white bread and baked it inside the bread maker. Loaf rose all the way to the top and getting it out of the bread maker and out of the pan was a bit challenging. I will reassess yeast amounts in recipes. Loaf was baked beautifully despite it being such a large loaf. I am impressed with the new upgrades. I really wanted to love the automatic additives ie raisins nuts etc. it worked great once. After that the additives did not dispense. However I have made a lot of bread on the artisan setting for sourdough. I can’t remember if the automatic additive release must be on a different setting.
