This is my 3rd bread machine. The first one I used until it broke. I bought another of the same brand, and it made horrible bread. I ended up using it on mainly the dough cycle. This time I'd thought I would try this brand. This machine makes excellent bread no matter what recipe or cycle I try. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone wishing to make good bread.

I bought this bread machine so ghat i could control what ingredients are going into my bread. What i did not expect, was just how easy it is to use and how incredibly delicious the breads come out! The first one I made is in the recipe book included with the machine. Jalapeño cornbread! I used fresh jalapeños from my garden and added the chopped peppers to the "add in tray" on the back. You just dump in all of the ingredients in the order its listed, press a few settings and wait for the magic! I don't have pictures of that one as we ate it hot out of the machine with dinner! I also made the olive bread in the book along with a weekly rye and a pumpernickel loaf.

Just purchased my first Cuisinart convection bread maker after reading the reviews. Love my bread maker! Made 2 batches already. First batch was a 1 pound loaf of bread, second batch was a 2 pound loaf of bread. Both batches were great! Found a recipe for honey butter to put on the bread! Wow!! You won’t be sorry if you purchase this bread maker!!

I received machine very fast that was great. Every time I make bread it falls I have done all the troubleshooting ideas and have not good loaf yet, if I mix in machine back in over tastes great. It’s might be me I don’t know

So my friend showed me when she got a brand new tried to teach me how to work it now I don’t make bread like my friend does I mean she makes so much sourdough every day it’s crazy but she said this was the best bread maker ever. It was easy to clean easy to work when you understood it. She said it was the best thing her husband ever bought her. Me personally, if I don’t make bread that much I don’t see the point in having it now if I made a loaf of bread weekly, It would be perfect to have in the kitchen. It is kind of big.

I love cooking comfort foods. Bread is no exception. This bread maker makes the perfect loaf. It is easy to use and can accommodate different sizes and types of bread. It takes a bit of time, but it is well worth the wait.
