I bought this specifically for the low-carb option. I couldn’t be happier! Super easy and intuitive to use. You could mix your dough as well as Bake your bread all with one setting. I’ve made artisan dough, pizza dough, and obviously bread. I could not recommend this machine more.

This machine is so easy to use. I love it and use it weekly. Makes the cutest 1 pound loaves great for gift giving! Made bagels for the first time using the dough setting and all the hard work was done. This is a great machine! If you’re thinking about it just buy it you won’t be disappointed!!
