I tried a few other bread makers but returned them. I did not return this one. It has opened up a whole new frontier for me. I am not a cook or a baker, but now I have made chocolate, walnut banana bread that was so good. Today I made a raisin challah. Who knows what I will make next.
This machine makes the best bread I have ever eaten. So much better than store bought bread that has all those chemicals in it.

So far so good! I’ve only baked two loaves. The only problem, I’m having is the paddle leaves a hole at the bottom of the loaf, so when I cut the slices are uneven.
