It seems ok but the shape and size of the bread is too big. Can’t really make bread for toast because it won’t all fit in the toaster.
The dough feature is excellent.

A great kitchen aid for bread making beginners

Just a bit of a learning curve, but starting to make great homemade bread. I made a few lead door stops, but practice makes perfect. I did have a problem with cake batter type recipes not quite mixing right, but not a deal breaker.

I tried a few other bread makers but returned them. I did not return this one. It has opened up a whole new frontier for me. I am not a cook or a baker, but now I have made chocolate, walnut banana bread that was so good. Today I made a raisin challah. Who knows what I will make next.

So far so good! I’ve only baked two loaves. The only problem, I’m having is the paddle leaves a hole at the bottom of the loaf, so when I cut the slices are uneven.
