This item is everything it is advertised To be and then some. I’m loving trying out all my favorite recipes using my new electric frying pan! Clean-up is so easy with the non-stick surface, all that’s needed is a quick wipe out with a paper towel followed by wetting a clean sponge with tap water and a dab of dishwashing detergent - done & done!

This skillet replaced an identical skillet we have used for numerous years and it was still heating fine but we replaced it because the non-stick coating was worn off. We love this skillet!!

Hmm I'm not sure what is up with cuisinart. This electric fry pan is brand new and is doing the same thing my old one was doing. It heats up then falls off and doesn't come back up to temp. It takes so long the pan actually cools way way down. The customer service was great though. First they sent me two different controllers, (they did the same thing btw) then a new frypan and controller. Maybe it is just a bad batch? I hope they can solve the issue.

This is my 3rd fry pan like this. All worked well just the surface loses it’s non stick nature after a few years (reasonable). With this being my third, it should tell you how I love the versatility of this product.
