This is a beautiful skillet. It heats evenly, without “hot spots.” I wish it would get a little hotter for browning chicken cutlets, but the surface is “ non stick” and cleans up easily. I needed an electric skillet to prepare for a dinner party at our summer home, but am looking forward to purchasing another for our other home!

I’ve had many skillets over the years and this one is by far the best one I’ve had. The non stick surface is far better than the average out there. Also a much healthier choice because I was using so much oil or butter to keep things from sticking, with this one I’ve cut that back to almost no oil or butter. I’m very pleased with this skillet.
