First was given one of these as a wedding present>20 years ago. Never thought I'd use it. I have used the darn thing almost weekly since...nothing like it!! I just replaced the original due to problems with the electrical connection, after all these years. This one should last longer than I do!

I am very happy with this electric skillet. The finish is great, nothing sticks to the pan. As other people have said the temperature does fluctuate so you may have to turn it up or down at times, but I don't have a problem with that. It is large which is nice. They say it's fully immersible but I don't put it in the dish pan I just wash it out next to the sink. Since nothing sticks it's an easy clean up.

I bought this to replace the older model, which I had used for many years. The new model is lighter-weight and less bulky and is therefore easier to use and much easier to wash. The oval shape is perfect for all sorts of items. The skillet heats up to the set temperature quickly and maintains it. I am very happy with it!
