I was gifted these by a friend and after about 3 weeks of use the left earbud is no longer outputting sound as some connection on the inside is damaged. Very mild use by the way as I cycle between the use of wireless earbuds and two other pairs of over ear headphones.

One thing I would like to point out is the maximum setting and control of the headphones in the phone is a non-existent element of the product with cables ol dinner even everything is different it gets 4 out of 5 it's more than ok

Simple and sounds perfect, wanted an affordable alternative to wireless earbuds. Going back to hardwire has been very enjoyable for consuming content and editing.

Excited at first, and then NOT so much afterwards

Love the JBL brand. Found a new love for my listening pleasure in the JBL Tune 310C USBs. How've, in less than two months into usage... my volume up/down stop functioning. In addition, while on a phone call ... I was able to hear the caller, but they were unable to hear me. Frustrating and annoying to say the least. Would really appreciate it if I could perhaps receive a new pair as a replacements... in white color. Sadly, your local store in SoHo, nyc, was out of stock...

No go

I bought them probably about a month ago. They were great in the beginning, but already stopped working. The left side went out and then within probably an hour the right side stopped working. Not sure what kind of warranty I have

Iphone 16e not powerful enough to run them

Not enough oomph for the iphone 16e. Highs are not present, to my taste. Iphone earbuds much better buy. Quality of sound is otherwise good. My new ipad has just enough oomph for them.
